The Sweetest Goodbye
I think it's the sweetest thing
When one is mourning the loss
of a pet
And I tell you it touches my heart
When they are crying over them yet
For it is a sign of sincere admiration
And a sign that they really did care
For they are letting them know that they loved them
And are missing them cause they're no longer here
I believe pets are like a part
of the family
For they are precious and dear
and loving
And just like a part of the family
They need caring and compassion and hugging
And so to me it's the
sweetest goodbye
Because for their pet they are "making a fuss"
And because of that I truly believe
That in a way they are
"human like us"
