Mrs. Andrea Haney, and the late Bruce Haney, of Hampton announces the engagement of her daughter, Sara Elizabeth Haney, to Kelvin Paul Stroud, son of Mrs. Gracia Stroud and the late Kenneth Stroud of North Little Rock, Arkansas. Sara works in Washington, D.C. as a CPA and Kelvin is an attorney working as a Legislative assistant for the United States Senate. Kelvin met Sara in Washington, D.C. and in true D.C. fashion proposed at the top of the Dome of the Capital Building. The couple plans to wed in Pittsburgh on August 23rd, 2014 at Longue Vue Club and will reside in Washington after they are married.
