Patricia Kline Just and Fred Just of Regent Square announce the engagement of their daughter Carolyn Elizabeth to Gary Leon Noel, Jr. of Russellville, AR.
The bride's grandparents are Margaret Seethaler Just and the late Gustav F. Just and Josephine V. Kline and the late Lieutenant Governor Ernest P. Kline. Carolyn graduated from Oakland Catholic High School in 2008 and attended the University of Pittsburgh where she was active with her sorority, Chi Omega. She graduated with degrees in Philosophy and History of Art and Architecture in 2011. Carolyn currently works as a Business Development Associate for POLITICO in Washington, DC.
Gary, the son of Debbie and Gary Noel of Russellville, AR is a 2007 graduate of Russellville High School and a 2011 graduate of the University of Arkansas Fulbright Honors College with degrees in Geography, International Relations, and Middle Eastern Studies. Gary works as a Research Analyst for the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Washington, DC.
Carolyn and Gary will be married in September, 2014 at Sacred Heart Church in Pittsburgh with Carolyn's cousin, Father Scott Seethaler as celebrant.
