Alexander Kandabarow of Upper St. Clair and Victoria Ortuondo of Los Angeles have announced their engagement with plans for a June wedding in Chicago, where they reside. Alex is the son of Dr. Alexander Kandabarow and Dr. Lori L. Cherup of Upper St. Clair. He graduated from Princeton University as an engineer and currently attends the Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine. Victoria is the daughter of Alicia Gutierrez of Los Angeles and Buenos Aires. She graduated from UCLA and the University of Chicago Law School. Victoria is an attorney at Skadden Arps in Chicago in the mergers and acquisitions division.
