Kathryn Wendell and Mike McGehee, both of Palo Alto, CA, announced their recent engagement. Kathryn is the daughter of Kathleen and Richard Wendell of Fox Chapel and Mike's parents are Pat and Jim McGehee of Richmond, VA. Mike is a Professor at Stanford University in the Department of Material Science and Kathryn is a member of the Public Policy and Corporate Responsibility Group at Chevron Oil Corporate Headquarters in San Ramon, CA. She is a graduate of Fox Chapel High School, and received her BA at Dartmouth, MA at Yale and MBA from UC Berkeley. The couple is planning a fall wedding at Lake Tahoe, CA.
