AMY MARA BLYTH WEDS DAVID ANDREW WHIPKEY Amy Mara Blyth, daughter of James R. Blyth and the late Frances T. Blyth of Washington, PA, and David Andrew Whipkey, son of Robert D. and Mary M. Whipkey of Apollo, PA, were married on August 9th, 2012. The ceremony was held in Washington, PA with Fr. William P. Feeney officiating. Given in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by Elena Marie Blyth as maid of honor. The best man was Richard Conti. A vow renewal mass and reception was held on October 27th, 2012. The vow renewal mass was held at Immaculate Conception in Washington, PA. The mass was followed by a cocktail hour and dinner/dance reception at The George Washington Hotel. The brides maids were Jessica Barszczowski Ganni, friend of the bride; Dawn Papuga, friend of the bride; Megan Carrick Hogle, friend of the bride; and Victoria Vasilko, cousin of the groom. The groomsmen were Michael Friedrich, friend of the groom; Jack Bunja, friend of the groom; Josh Yohe, friend of the groom; and Brian Pingree, friend of the groom. The bride graduated from Waynesburg University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and a Master's degree in Business Administration. Amy is employed by Crown Castle as an Account Analyst. The groom graduated from Edinboro University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology and a Master's degree in Speech Communication. David is employed by Crown Castle as a Licensing Specialist. The couple honeymooned in Jamaica. David, Amy and their puppy, Penny, make their home in North Strabane Township, PA.
