Mr. & Mrs. Thomas Sutara of Natrona Heights, PA are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Alyse Michelle, to James Alexander Falconer, son of Dr. & Mrs. Roger Falconer of Cardiff, Wales. Alyse is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Architectural Engineering. James is a graduate of Cardiff University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Both are working as Professional Mechanical Engineers in San Francisco, California. James proposed to Alyse on a surprise trip to Paris. A wedding is planned for September 2014.
