James and Carole Succop of Jefferson Hills, PA, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Christine Succop to Michael Eckert, son of Michael and Marjorie Eckert of Perry, MI. The wedding is scheduled for later this summer. The future bride is a 2005 Thomas Jefferson High School graduate, as well as a 2009 Ohio University grad. The future groom is a 1999 graduate of Morrice High School in Morrice, MI, as well as a 2005 Eastern Michigan University grad. The couple met while working at a newspaper in Traverse City, MI. Currently, they live in Chicago. Christie is an editor at Groupon. Mike is a content developer at Cognitive Arts and a tour guide for the Chicago Cubs.
