Mr. and Mrs. Craig Howie of Glastonbury, CT (formerly of Upper St. Clair) announce the engagement of their daughter, Brittany Lynn to Paul Joseph Ingersoll, son of Terry Ingersoll, Chautauqua, NY and Alexa Ingersoll, Raleigh, NC. Ms. Howie graduated from Miami University of Ohio and is a teacher in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools in Charlotte, NC. Mr. Ingersoll graduated magna cum laude from North Carolina State University and is Associate Portfolio Manager for Wells Fargo Bank, NA in Charlotte, NC. A July wedding is planned.
