RENEE (SMITH-SCHAFFER) BLOOM
Renee (Smith-Schaffer) Bloom earned a Ph.D. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. She works at Clarion University and lives in Butler with her husband, Paul Schaffer. She has two sons, Joshua and Matthew Smith, and her parents are Burton and Rita Bloom of Evans City.
