7. "Believing" in yourself is the 1st step... in "Retrieving" yourself.
8. When someone says;......"you can't do it"............do it!!!
9. Always...."stand up" for yourself...for if you don't.....then you might as well...."sit down".
10. Don't cry over spilled milk........pour a beer!!!
