Mr. and Mrs. Robert Colligan of Pleasant Hills, PA are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Matthew, to Kelly Manning of New Orleans, Louisiana. Kelly is the daughter of Mr. Andrew Manning and Dr. Kathryn Kehoe of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Matt graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Industrial Technology and is currently working as a project manager for Kinder Morgan in New Orleans. Kelly graduated from Florida State with a degree in finance and is a finance manager for Shell Oil Company in New Orleans. A July 2016 wedding is planned in New Orleans.
