Raymond and Patricia Stultz of Glenshaw, PA are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica, to Stephen Manno. Stephen is the son of Matthew and Eleanor Manno of Yorktown Heights, New York. Jessica graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a degree in Chemical Engineering and currently works at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Stephen graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Management and currently works at CGI Federal. The couple plans to wed in spring 2016 in Virginia.
