ALEX OLIVER MANCIU Ovi Manciu and Sara Botkin of Canonsburg joyfully announce the birth of their son, Alex Oliver Manciu. He was born May 30, 2013, weighing 7 lbs 13 oz and measuring 21.5 inches. Alex is welcomed by his excited big brother, Henry and by proud grandparents, Les and Barb Botkin of Peters Township and Ioan and Maria Manciu of Brasov, Romania.
