CARMELA MARIE BRESLIN AND MICHAEL LOUIS BERTHA TO WED Mr. James and Dr. Janet Breslin, of Robinson Township, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Carmela Marie Breslin, to Michael Louis Bertha. He is the son of Retired Colonel Ronald and Mrs. Pamela Bertha of Springfield, Virginia. Carmela is a 2006 graduate of Oakland Catholic High School and graduated from Brandeis University in 2010 with a BA in Health: Science, Society, and Policy. She received her Masters of Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh and is currently pursuing a Masters in Healthcare Administration. Carmela is the Coordinator of Data and Special Projects for Hospital Council of Western Pennsylvania. Michael graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 2006 and the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2010. He is currently working on his Masters of Business Administration and is stationed in Fort Drum, New York. A June 28, 2014 Pittsburgh wedding is planned.
