David and Andrea Kalina of South Fayette are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Alexandra Elizabeth, to Alexander John Lype of Canonsburg. The bride-to-be is a graduate of South Fayette High School and Duquesne University. In 2013 she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management and International Business and will graduate from the Donahue Graduate School of Business in August, 2017. Alexandra is currently employed by Covestro as a regional buyer of technical goods. Alexander attended Canon-McMillan High School and the Pennsylvania State University where he graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Film-Video Production from the College of Communications. Alexander is currently employed at the family business, Gemco Sales, Inc. working as a Sales Associate. The couple plans a September 2016 wedding at St. Anselm - Word of God Parish in Pittsburgh, PA, followed by a reception at the Pittsburgh Opera.
