Harold and Diane Bloomfield of Monroeville, and Paul and Ruth Siegel of Morgantown announce the engagement of their children, Michelle Sarah Bloomfield to Avram William Siegel. Michelle, a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington, teaches third grade in Raleigh, North Carolina. Avram graduated from West Virginia University and is a Health Compliance Officer for the state of North Carolina. A July wedding is planned.
