Mr. and Mrs. Scott McKenney of Pittsburgh, PA announce the engagement of their daughter, Ms. Alexandra McKenney to Mr. Steven Hall son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hall of Greensburg, PA. Alexandra graduated from Upper St. Clair High School in 2011 and received her Bachelor's Degree in Special Education K-12th grade from Clarion University. She is currently finishing her Master of Special Education with a Reading Concentration Degree, and will graduate in December from Clarion University. Steven is a 2011 graduate from Hempfield Area School District, and a 2015 graduate of University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. He is employed by the Homer City School District as a Social Studies teacher. A wedding is planned for the summer of 2018.
