Megan Schultz and Ed Szczypinski celebrated their wedding on August 19, 2017 at the Via Vecchia Winery in Columbus, Ohio. August was chosen as a tribute to both sets of parents, who celebrate their anniversaries during that month. Judge David Young officiated at the marriage ceremony. Honor attendants for the bride and groom were Laura Dermody and Jeff Szczypinski.
Megan is the daughter of Barb and Terry Schultz, of Winamac, Indiana and the granddaughter of Roberta and Robert Pioli, of Marietta, Ohio as well as Delores and the late George Schultz, of Winamac, Indiana.
Ed is the son of Andrea and Ed Szczypinski, of Shaler Township and the grandson of Mary and the late Andrew Masley, of West Homestead as well as the late Sally and Edward Szczypinski Sr., of Shaler Township.
Megan is a 2004 graduate of Winamac Community High School and a 2008 graduate of the Ohio State University with a B.A. in English. Megan also received her Juris Doctorate in 2011 from Capital Law in Columbus, Ohio. She is currently a staff attorney with the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas in Columbus.
Ed is a 2004 graduate of Shaler Area High School and a 2008 graduate of the Ohio State University with a B.S. in Business Administration from the Fisher School of Business. Ed is a vice president with CB Richard Ellis commercial real estate in Columbus, Ohio.
After a honeymoon trip to Cuba, the newlyweds are residing in Columbus, Ohio.
