HAPPY 40th ANNIVERSARY
CURT and DOLLY ELLENBERG
We are so proud to share that on Sunday, March 27, Curt and Dolly Ellenberg will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary. Curt and Dolly were married in the beautiful Heinz Chapel on the morning of Saturday, March 27, 1982. As the doors opened for the wedding procession, the lovely couple was framed against the startling background of a chance snowstorm. Of course, this auspicious beginning ensured that Dolly and Curt went on to great things. Both of them led long, passionate, and inspiring careers, with Dolly at Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh, and with Curt at the Western Pennsylvania School for Blind Children. Their dedication to the arts and the community led to volunteer service and board positions with City Theatre, Leadership Pittsburgh, the Mt. Lebanon Public Library, the Pittsburgh Athletic Association, the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy, the Twentieth Century Club, and more. Today, Curt and Dolly continue to make their home in Shadyside, receiving many friends on their shady porch for a cocktail and conversation. On behalf of Jenifer, Lesley, John, Christian, and everyone in the Ellenberg and Falkowski families, please join us in congratulating Curt and Dolly on 40 wonderful years, and many more to come!
