Charlie's Retired!
Charles F. Morrison, Jr. has diligently served the people of the City of Pittsburgh for 44 years. He began building a better society through civil service with LBJ's Model Cities in 1970 at age 18. In 1974, he joined the Pittsburgh Human Relations Commission, becoming director in 1995. He believed in equality for all, and often said, I just want everyone to get along.
