Marissa Shirls Reed was awarded a Doctor of Education Degree in School Psychology at the December Graduation Ceremonies at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is a school psychologist for the West Jefferson School District and the daughter of Bill and Judy Reed of Oakmont.
