CARL ARCH
Carl Arch, Hampton Twp., a graduating senior at Hampton High High School, is the 30th winner of the annual Angelo and Alice Ali $5000 memorial scholarship and the Marie Franciscus Donatelli $500 memorial book award that is presented by the Northern Area Multi-Service Center, a nonprofit agency serving the North Hills Since 1968. Carl will major in Marketing at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
