Mr. John Thomas, son of Don and Sandie Thomas of Upper St. Clair, PA, and Ms. Julienne Chranowski, daughter of Lucy Florez and Richard Chranowski of San Diego, CA, have announced their engagement. The couple met in Washington, DC, where they plan to live. A wedding is planned for July 2016 in California.
